Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Processing times are based on New South Wales local time (AEST/AEDT).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will generally be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Some temporarily unavailable products may be offered for pre-order. These items typically require approximately 15 business days for production or restocking before dispatch.

Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will generally ship once every item is available. Contact us before ordering if you require separate shipments; additional shipping charges may apply.

After dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather, public holidays, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control.

Once a parcel has been dispatched and handed to the carrier, Exquisite Nail Express is not responsible for delays during transit. Use the supplied tracking information and contact the carrier for the latest updates.

We will assist with reasonable enquiries and, where appropriate, help you communicate with the carrier.

Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before ordering. Exquisite Nail Express is not responsible for delays, returned parcels or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. We will try to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch.
